Your use of this website and/ or placing an order indicates you acknowledged, understood and agreed to be bound by these T&C.

ORDERS

  • Kindly double check your final order item(s) is in correct sizes and colours before making payment. ONLY COZY is not responsible for any incorrect orders or if duplicate orders are made.
  • Kindly make sure that correct delivery details are provided. Customer will be held responsible for the redelivery fee and delayed delivery.
  • Once the order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any such changes.
  • Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s).  Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
  • ONLY COZY reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
    • Product ordered is no longer available in stock
    • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
    • We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity

BACKORDERS

  • Backorders are only opened when there is high demand for sold out items.
  • The estimated time arrival for backorders will be stated under the individual items.
  • Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of each preorder/ backorder item is only an estimated date, the actual stock arrival date might earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delayed, longer manufacturing time and etc.  Request to cancel order in such reason will be rejected.
  • Customer may choose to deliver together or separately if your order consists of both ready stock & backorders. Additional postage will be charged if customer chooses to deliver separarely.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • We are committed to provide you with the good quality of clothings. Please be rest assured we will check the quality of the clothings before shipping out.
  • We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through website. However, the use of photographic images may defer slightly from actual product detail.  We do not warrant that product description or other content on the website are accurate or error free.
  • For lace items, loose threads due to the nature of the lace and for this reason is not considered as defect.
  • For printed items, please note that placement of prints may vary in terms of symmetry/ alignment/ slight color patches for every piece due to cut of fabric.  Request for exchange/ return due to this reason will be rejected.
  • Please note that the product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications.  We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s evaluation of product color will accurately reflect the product upon delivery. Request for exchange/ return due to this reason will be rejected.
  • Minor imperfection (slight dotted stains/ tiny thread hole/ loose thread) which are within 2cm which do not affect the overall appearance of item will not be considered as defect.

SHIPPING

  • Delivery days: Monday- Friday
  • The estimated time arrival of the orders is around 2-3 working days (West Malaysia) or 3-7 working days (East Malaysia).
  • Delivery fees will be calculated automatically when customer proceed to checkout.
  • Lost parcel will be under the responsibility of third party courier service and we are not held responsible for any lost parcel in post if proof of postage is provided.
  • The prices shown for items on the website does not include charges for postage/ delivery fee.  We are using DHL/CITYLINK for parcel send within Malaysia.  All delivery charges will be added to the total product value of your order based on your area.
  • Once the tracking number is emailed to you and/ or updated to our website system, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party delivery service provider and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party delivery service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
  • Cost of re-delivery charged for bounced parcel will be borne by customer.  Bounced parcel that are unclaimed after 60 days (2 months) grace period will be forfeited and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  • No refund is allowed. Please double check the your order before the payment is made.
  • We only accept exchange if 
  • 1. Wrong item has been shipped.
  • 2. The item is unwashed, unaltered, unworn and with tags.
  • 3. Replacement of stock is available.
  • 4. Exchange can only be made max ONE time per order within 7 days from the date of purchase (offline purchase) or the date of receiving (online purchase) based on the tracking record.
  • 5. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon receiving.
  • 6. The round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer, and customer takes the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us.
  • 7. We allow exchanges for promotional items. However, if the promotion period has ended, the item will be valued at its original price for exchange purposes. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you may top up the difference; if it is of lower value, we will refund the balance to you.

We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the conditions.

PAYMENT

  • We accept payment via manual bank transfer, DUIT NOW and TnGO.
  • All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Online Banking, eWallet Payment & Offline Banking.
  • Can I pay via ATM / Cash Deposit machines or at Bank counter?
    Yes you can. Just checkout via Bank Transfer method. Please make your payment and then update the bank transfer details within 24 hours once you made your order. All UNPAID Order(s) will be cancelled automatically after 24 hours. Please DM us to get bank account details.
  • After Bank Transfer done, what should I do, and how?
    Kindly take a clear snapshot of your ATM Fund Transfer receipt (with your order number written on the receipt) or a Internet Banking Transaction screenshot and uploaded into the bank transfer portal for payment verification (where the link can be found in your email invoice). Please bank in the correct amount.
